This is a free 30-day adventure for kids. Each day your child(ren) complete an exercise, have them color in a section of the spiral tracker. To make it harder, do 2-3 circuits of all 5 exercises.

This program includes a download for the 30-day challenge and completion certificate once the program is done.

*Members must sign-up within 1st 15 days of event to be eligible for completion certificate.
