6.1 Prohibited Content & Behavior

You agree NOT to:

• Post hate speech, targeted attacks, or discriminatory content.

• Post illegal content or encourage unlawful activity.

• Share sexual content involving minors or explicit adult material.

• Spread spam, scams, or malicious software.

• Impersonate other individuals, organizations, or professionals.

• Attempt to disrupt or exploit Platform operations or security.

• Post intentionally deceptive information or engage in coordinated manipulation.

6.2 Expected Conduct

Users should:

• Engage respectfully and civilly, even during disagreements.

• Promote constructive dialogue and uphold the mission of unity.

• Report harmful or inappropriate behavior when encountered.

Violation of these standards may result in content removal, suspension, or account termination.

7. User Content

You retain full ownership of the content you post on Righteus. However, by posting content, you grant Righteus LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Modify (for formatting or technical purposes)

• Promote

• Reproduce

your content as necessary for the operation, improvement, and promotion of the Platform.

Righteus LLC reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

8. Professional Content

Users designated as Professionals may offer insights, commentary, or services. Righteus LLC is not responsible for:

• Accuracy of professional opinions

• Transactions or interactions between users and professionals

• Any legal, medical, or financial consequences of professional advice

Users rely on such content at their own discretion.

9. Privacy

Your use of Righteus is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and protect your information.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform design elements, logos, branding, and features are owned by Righteus LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without prior permission.

User-generated content remains the property of the respective users.

Users may voluntarily delete their accounts at any time.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Righteus is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access

• Error-free service

• Accuracy of user-generated content

• Availability of specific features

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Righteus LLC is not liable for:

• Damages arising from Platform use or inaccessibility
